Erica Rorrer

As Director of Retail at 7 Hills Advisors, Erica specializes in the retail sector of commercial real estate and exclusively represents tenants and commercial users of space throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Erica joined 7 Hills in 2021 after 17 years at Divaris Real Estate, Inc., where she represented both landlords and tenants. Her intricate knowledge of the market coupled with her strong community and industry relationships continually prove to be assets for her clients and their real estate transactions. Prior to her commercial real estate career, she was with Ernst & Young LLP in Atlanta where she held positions in Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Advisory Services. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.

Erica’s previous work on behalf of landlords and developers includes pre-development and leasing of mixed-use town centers, power centers, and lifestyle centers, such as The Town Center of Virginia Beach, The Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, PA, Marketplace at Tech Center in Newport News, VA and 5th Street Station in Charlottesville, VA.  

On the tenant side, Erica has represented local, regional and national retailers including Foot Locker, The Original Mattress Factory, Harbor Freight Tools, T-Mobile, Ross Dress For Less, Sentara, East Coast Appliance, among others.

Erica lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and son. She enjoys golf, skiing, and gardening (which could best be described as playing in the dirt), and ranks “world-class” in putzing around during her free time.
