An active business and community leader he has a keen sense of the pulse of the region. His extensive knowledge of the people, properties and process assures successful outcomes.

Since graduating Radford University in 1992, I’ve had many rewarding roles throughout my professional life. Starting with Capital One as my first job out of college, I spent the next 11 years in project coordinator positions with Organizational Development, Training & Communications Coordinator for the Director of Brand Marketing. Next, I spent several years in the promotional products industry coordinating jobs for the sales staff followed by commercial property administration.
Now I have the best job of all, managing the office and day to day needs of a very busy, talented group of people at 7 Hills. Outside of work, I’m devoted to my family and enjoy time with friends, digging in the garden, all things crafty/sewing & community projects. Helping others is what I’m passionate about.
Landon began his commercial real estate career with JLL in the Norfolk, VA office. As a native to the area, Landon brought hometown knowledge of the region and quickly became a key contributor to the growth of the regional practice. Landon specializes in providing superior and ethical client service in the areas of Tenant Representation and was designated as a leader for the Tenant Representation practice in the Norfolk office. Desiring a larger market and the ability to focus exclusively on Tenant Representation, he joined the 7 Hills team in 2019.
Landon graduated with a double major from Radford University, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing (international affairs) and management (entrepreneurship). Landon holds the distinguished Scholar Citizen award from the Radford University College of Business and Economics, for his high academic achievement, volunteerism and servant leadership roles he fulfilled. He is an active supporter and fundraiser for the We Promise Foundation, the JT Walk to end ALS and member of the Radford University Alumni Association.
Outside of work, Landon and his fiancé Kara have a passion for traveling all over the world as well as being with family and friends.
Through the good fortune of my dad’s profession (USMC Fighter Pilot), I spent my youth on adventure, traversing the country from coast to coast, until finally landing in DC, by way of Central Texas and JMU (class of ’95). I was wooed from DC to RVA in 2000 by my longtime employer, Parkway Properties. After 16 years with Parkway, where I was fortunate to work with great people, wear many different hats and learn an incredible amount, I decided to make a major change, partnering with Cole and Andrew to form 7 Hills Advisors.
Making the change to 7 Hills is like traversing the country again. It is remarkable to be trailblazing with great people. 7 Hills is passionate about our work…we make a difference to our clients, diving deep to understand their objectives, goals, growth, challenges, and culture. We understand that space should be a tangible extension of our client’s brand and vision, with terms as economical as possible and offering maximum flexibility. Our complementing skill-sets, experience and personalities enhance our client-centric process to navigate these challenges, achieving the best possible outcome for our clients. Outside of work, I am personally inspired by my family, friends, hobbies, and training hard!
With the exception of a two-year period where Pope earned an MBA with a concentration in real estate from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan Flagler Business School, Pope has spent his entire 15 year career working in commercial real estate in Hampton Roads.
